Pic of the Day 27th September - Bodykit identification, a lil' help?

Here's a pic of a interesting 2 Door. I tried to find out more about this car but didn't succeed in the end. I have seen the side skirts fitted to other 2 doors before, But I don't recognise the front bumper. Has anybody got any ideas?
Either way it's a pretty damn clean 2 door and I'm sure you guys will agree.
